After years and years of reading mysteries, I'm quite used to reading about horrible things, but human trafficking always makes my blood turn cold. Tess Gerritsen does a very good job in describing the setting without being too crude, but making it clear this is something horrible that is happening at this very moment in every country. Five stars.
