The Forgotten Girls - Sara Blædel

Good idea, but poorly executed, in my opinion. The main character, Louise, hardly does any detective work and spends all her time just moping around. Her journalist friend is shown as an hysterical bride who nevertheless does the only interesting detective work. I felt that the rhythm of the book was off, but I'm thinking that's probably an issue caused by the translation, although I can't be sure. I quite liked the other detective, Eik, although his character is not well developed yet. The story in general was interesting so I think I will continue with the series in the future.
